OUR STORY
Recently we came across the idea to start a tiny home business. Not on a whim but there is nostalgia for my dad when it comes to home building. I’m the oldest of 7 and as you know kids can be an expensive venture. The solution to this for my parents was starting their own custom home building company. The first home they built was the one we lived in, then the second. And pretty soon they built up to 9 homes. My dad was pretty successful at it being the perfectionist he is. Eventually as all things go up they came down. As many people know how terrible the 2008 financial crisis was especially for construction. This is where their business ended and my dads dream. Here we are many years later and not only do I want to help my dads dream come back again but we want to also help solve economic problems regarding affordable living.

We currently dont have inventory, but prefer to partner with our clients in designing and building your home from the ground up. Our heart is not to make a money factory but to come along side each person and offer any help we can in terms of design, build and delivery. While having a good business.
We Are A Colorado Based Company
We deliver nationwide and have the capabilities of building in our state and then delivering to wherever you live. The size of the tiny home will be a determining factor of whether a permit is needed. We handle all liabilities and county restrictions involved. We also can NOAH certify our tiny homes

This photo was taken at Trailermadetrailers. This is a tiny home built up to the shell, meaning, it’s sitting on a trailer custom built by them. Patented, designed engineered. Wed can include an option in each of our bids to have them build it all the way up to the shell and a little past this, Inlcuding siding, roofing, and rough ins. Everything they do has a killer warranty. They then could hand us off the shell to do the interior work aka.. The pretty stuff. We also offer a good warranty and we can build the whole thing minus the trailer and framing. This is not just a business for us to make money but to bring a product and service to the market that helps all around.
